A MARRIAGE OF CULTURESEddie and Pourya first contacted us to photograph their engagement party. We instantly bonded with them and knew we had to photograph their wedding, so we were delighted to hear back from them about a year later as they began planning their big day. They chose the gorgeous and elegant Royal Palms Resort and Spa as the backdrop for their wedding and reception.It was a beautiful, sunny day typical of Scottsdale in the springtime. The couple chose to highlight their wedding with a blending of cultures that celebrated both Hispanic and Persian customs. Pourya’s father officiated the Persian half of the ceremony and it quickly became very emotional for everyone involved. Haleh, of Details by Haleh did a wonderful job coordinating the event. From the stunning venue, to the beautiful details, to the festive group of family and friends and of course the stunning couple, this wedding was one to remember and we were so honored to be their wedding photographers! What a beautiful way to begin 2014! Julie and Bob celebrated their New Year's Day wedding at their Arabian horse estate is Scottsdale, Arizona with their closest family and friends in attendance. The day couldn't have been more pleasant. Julie looked amazing in her custom designed gown and Bob was equally handsome in his black tuxedo. Cocktails were served before and after the ceremony which was held at the main house. Guests were then invited over to the gorgeous horse stables to enjoy dinner and an evening filled with dancing and great fun. Thank you both so much for having us as your wedding photographers. It was such a pleasure! We also want to thank Julie's good friend, Dana, for all her help in pulling the wedding plans together and for being a delight every step of the way!
